Before making the transition to User Experience Research, I spent seven years as a licensed therapist, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior and active listening skills. That background has shaped the way I approach user research—rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand people’s needs, motivations, and pain points. Now, as a UX researcher, I bring that same mindset into every project, translating human insights into actionable strategies to meet company goals and inform more intuitive, meaningful user experiences.
I’ve conducted thousands of hours of interviews, created user profiles, and helped develop user-centered tools. I am currently looking to join a team of ambitious professionals who are passionate about user-centered design!
