Hi! I’m Coen—a UX Researcher who has conducted research across a variety of industries including quick-service restaurants (QSR), higher education, healthcare, and non-profits.

Before making the transition to User Experience Research, I spent several years as a licensed therapist, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior, active listening, and empathetic communication. That background has profoundly shaped the way I approach user research—rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand people’s needs, motivations, and pain points. Now, as a UX researcher, I bring that same mindset into every project, translating human insights into actionable strategies to meet company goals and inform more intuitive, meaningful user experiences.

I’ve conducted thousands of interviews, created user profiles, and helped develop user-centered tools. I am currently looking to join a team of ambitious professionals who are passionate about user-centered design!
